1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of cremission.org, operated by Christ Relief Evangelistic Mission Inc. (“CREM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Website purpose and eligibility

The website provides information about CREM’s faith-based mission, leadership, ministries, training, outreach, media, resources, store concepts, and opportunities to become involved. It is intended for a general audience. A parent or legal guardian should manage any website-based interaction on behalf of a minor.

3. Current website limitations

The current website does not offer online accounts, application submission, registration, checkout, purchases, payment processing, or donation processing.

  • SET participant and trainer forms are browser-only drafts that may be saved locally or printed. Completing or saving a form does not submit it to CREM, register a participant, or begin certification review.
  • The CREM Store cart is a browser-only planning tool. Adding an item does not reserve it, create an order, or require payment.
  • Email and telephone links open an application on your device. Nothing is sent until you choose to send a message or place a call.

An inquiry or draft does not create a contract, ministry appointment, volunteer placement, training enrollment, certification, partnership, or other obligation. CREM must separately confirm any arrangement.

4. Faith-based and educational information

Website content is provided for general ministry, religious, educational, and informational purposes. It is not legal, medical, mental-health, financial, tax, or other professional advice and should not be treated as a substitute for qualified professional care. In an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service or qualified professional.

5. Intellectual property and permitted use

The website and its content—including CREM’s name, logo, ministry identities, designs, text, graphics, photographs, videos, audio, tracts, curriculum, devotional content, and Simple Evangelism Training System (SET) materials—are owned by or licensed to CREM and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view the website for personal, noncommercial purposes and may use brief, properly attributed quotations as permitted by law. Unless CREM gives prior written permission, you may not reproduce, alter, translate, distribute, republish, upload, publicly display, sell, license, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit CREM content. You also may not present CREM training or resources as your own, teach SET under another organization’s identity, or use CREM’s names, logos, or trademarks in a way that suggests authorization, sponsorship, or affiliation.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for an unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purpose;
  • Interfere with the website’s operation, security, or availability or attempt unauthorized access;
  • Introduce malicious code, overload the service, or bypass technical protections;
  • Harvest personal information or use automated tools to scrape substantial website content without written permission; or
  • Misrepresent your identity, authority, relationship with CREM, or the source of CREM content.

7. Communications and applications

If you choose to communicate with CREM, you agree to provide accurate information and to use respectful, lawful content. Ordinary email is not a secure channel; do not send Social Security numbers, payment-card or financial-account information, medical records, passwords, or other sensitive information. Unsolicited messages are not confidential merely because they are sent to CREM. We may decide whether and how to respond to an inquiry or request.

8. Store, resources, and donations

Store displays and resource listings are informational until CREM activates a transaction method and separately confirms availability and terms. Descriptions, availability, suggested amounts, and prices may change. If CREM later enables purchases or donations, additional transaction, refund, shipping, donation, or platform terms may apply and will be presented at the appropriate time.

9. Third-party websites and services

The website may contain links to or embedded content from third parties, including video, social, email, telephone, mapping, hosting, or other service providers. CREM does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices. A link does not necessarily mean that CREM endorses the third party. Your use of an external service is governed by its own terms and policies.

10. No warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” CREM does not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, accurate, complete, current, or free from errors or harmful components. Ministry schedules, opportunities, personnel, resources, and other information may change.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CREM and its directors, officers, staff members, volunteers, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, revenue, opportunities, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Changes, suspension, and termination

CREM may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the website at any time. We may also update these Terms. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law must apply. Any dispute will be handled in an appropriate court with jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

14. Severability and no waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law. A failure by CREM to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other right.
